We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Dublin office full-time.
In this role, you will develop and implement digital marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, create engaging web content, analyse performance metrics, and collaborate across teams to achieve project goals.
You’ll be central to promoting our clients’ brands and delivering measurable results across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead digital strategies across key client accounts
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Oversee content strategy in collaboration with the content team
Analyse performance and translate data into clear insights and actions
Manage reporting processes and communicate results effectively to clients and internal teams
Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity (GA4, GTM, UTMs)
Identify opportunities for optimisation, growth, and innovation (including AI-led solutions)
Support and guide junior team members where required
Collaborate across teams to ensure fully integrated campaign delivery
Develop compelling visual and written content aligned with client branding and campaign objectives.
Requirements
3–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role
Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Experience managing social media and content across multiple platforms
Great understanding of analytics and reporting (GA4, campaign insights, performance tracking)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Strong communication skills and confidence working with both internal teams and clients
Experience leading content planning and working with content creators (video, social, campaigns)
A proactive, organised, and solution-focused mindset
