Carve to Impress: Poulet Bonne Femme Launch Carving Master Class Series
Keen to give customers exactly what they want, Poulet Bonne Femme, Ireland’s original Rotisserie specialists, has launched its series of Carving Master Classes. With Christmas fast approaching and roast dinners being an enduringly popular Irish tradition, the Poulet Bonne Femme team are on hand to share their wealth of experience with guests, teaching them the art of carving in an intimate dining room setting. Owners Sara and Gavin have discovered firsthand from loyal customers that perfecting the presentation of meat remains a tricky task for most. Although some may be a maestro in the kitchen when it comes to the cooking, making a stab at carving a lovingly prepared roasted joint can make or break this eagerly anticipated meal. Providing the solution to meaty mealtime mishaps, Sara will be sharing her carving know-how with guests at these fully interactive events designed for small groups.
Guests will be taught step-by-step how to prepare for each meal with important factors such as; what type of cuts you should buy, how to sharpen and store carving knives, the best techniques to carve Smoked Salmon, Roast Turkey, Ham and Beef. The best accompaniments to serve with each roast, cooking and resting times, learn a classic gravy recipe perfect for pairing with different meats and even what do with leftovers. Guests will enjoy the fruits of their labour with wine pairing from 64 Wine and delicious side dishes created by Poulet Bonne Femme Head Chef Dave Brennan.
